Caleb IQ and Shofar IQ are software subscriptions for contractors, provided by El Bey Technologies. Your subscription gives your business an account in the app, configured for your company, for as long as your subscription stays active.
Each app carries its own one-time setup fee, shown on your plan screen before you pay. A setup fee is nonrefundable once setup or provisioning begins for that app. Setup includes creating, configuring, and delivering your account. A setup fee will be refunded only for a duplicate or incorrect charge, if El Bey Technologies cannot provide the setup service, or where a refund is required by law. If a setup fee is shown as waived on your signup, no setup fee was charged and nothing in this section applies to it.
Your plan bills monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. Your first payment — the first month plus any setup fees and one-time add-ons you chose — is charged the day you check out. Prices for existing subscribers do not change when prices change for new signups.
To cancel, contact El Bey Technologies before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund a setup fee or amounts already charged for the current billing period, except under the setup-fee exceptions above or where required by law.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout, based on your billing address and the tax registrations in effect.
The apps are tools. El Bey Technologies does not guarantee leads, jobs, sales, revenue, profits, search placement, or any other business result.
Parts of the service connect to other companies — including Stripe for payments, email providers, Google, measurement providers, and financing marketplaces. Those services are governed by their own approval rules and terms, and El Bey Technologies is not responsible for their decisions or outages.
You are responsible for your own prices, estimates, contracts, licensing, insurance, taxes, regulatory compliance, and the work you perform for homeowners. El Bey Technologies provides software and setup services; it is not your employer, partner, lender, insurer, lawyer, accountant, or agent.
We work to keep the apps available and improving. Features may change over time; material changes to these terms will be posted with a new version date, and the version you accepted at signup stays on your order record.
