Setup fees

Each app's one-time setup fee is nonrefundable once setup or provisioning begins for that app. Setup includes creating, configuring, and delivering your account — work that starts automatically when your payment lands.

A setup fee will be refunded when:

• you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount;
• El Bey Technologies cannot provide the setup service; or
• a refund is required by law.

If your signup shows the setup fee as waived, no setup fee was charged and there is nothing to refund.

Monthly subscription fees

Monthly fees already charged are not refunded when you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your account stays open through the end of the period you already paid for.

One-time add-on services

Add-on services (such as a website build) are fulfilled by hand after signup. If El Bey Technologies has not begun an add-on service and cannot provide it, that add-on's charge will be refunded.

How to ask

Email support@elbeytech.com or call (346) 334-6003 with your company name and the email you signed up with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
